[Remote] Remote Appointment Specialist
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Daisy is the first national brand for smart home and small business technology installation and service, headquartered in Costa Mesa, CA. They are seeking a Remote Appointment Specialist who will be responsible for warm outreach to customers, booking service visits, and managing a national appointments calendar in a fully remote role.
Responsibilities
- You'll spend your day reaching out by phone to customers who already know us, reconnecting with them, and booking their next service visit
- Behind the calls, you'll keep a national appointments calendar straight and handle rescheduling without missing a beat
Skills
- Have a track record of high call volume — call center, inside sales, BDR, customer service, or busy retail/support
- Are warm and upbeat on the phone, and a 'no' doesn't slow you down
- Are comfortable with technology (you don't need to be an engineer — you just can't get lost talking about devices and systems); CRM experience is valuable and Microsoft Dynamics is a plus
- Are organized and self-directed enough to own your day in a fully remote role
- Backgrounds that fit well: Verizon / AT&T / T-Mobile
- Best Buy / Geek Squad
- Apple Store / Genius Bar
- Inside sales, BDR, or appointment-setting roles with a daily call target
