As a Remote arenaflex Customer Service Representative, you will be the voice of arenaflex, delivering exceptional support, driving sales, and helping to reduce churn—all from the comfort of your own home office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Inbound Customer Support: Answer a high volume of inbound calls, emails, and chat messages with professionalism and empathy.
  • Problem Solving: Diagnose customer issues quickly, ask probing questions, and provide clear, step‑by‑step resolutions.
  • Sales Enablement: Identify upsell and cross‑sell opportunities during interactions, consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Churn Management: Skillfully handle cancellation and suspension requests, employing objection‑handling techniques to retain subscribers.
  • Documentation: Accurately log all interactions in arenaflex’s CRM system, ensuring data integrity and actionable insights for the team.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with team leaders, quality assurance specialists, and product experts to stay updated on new features and policies.
  • Continuous Improvement: Participate in regular training sessions, share best practices, and contribute ideas that enhance the customer journey.

Essential Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in customer service, communications, or related fields are a plus.
  • Proven experience in a customer‑facing role, preferably with a blend of support and sales responsibilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales and performance targets in a call‑center environment.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a talent for active listening and clear articulation.
  • Strong multitasking abilities—capable of handling multiple customer interactions while maintaining accuracy.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfort navigating web‑based applications.

Work‑From‑Home Requirements

  • Reliable high‑speed internet: minimum 2 Mbps upload and 10 Mbps download; wired (Ethernet) connection preferred.
  • Modern computer (Windows or macOS) capable of running arenaflex’s communication and support software.
  • Smartphone (iOS or Android) that is four years old or newer, with the ability to download and use arenaflex’s internal app for communications.
  • Exclusion of wireless or satellite internet providers that do not meet performance criteria.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Competitive Pay: $15.00 – $20.00 per hour, based on experience and performance.
  • Full‑Time Schedule: 8‑hour shifts, five days a week, with flexible start times ranging from 6 AM to 12 AM PST.
