The Remote Entry‑Level Data Entry & Marketplace Account Manager position is a cornerstone of arenaflex’s strategy to grow the third‑party (3P) seller ecosystem in the United States. You will be the bridge between high‑potential sellers and arenaflex’s powerful marketplace tools, helping them launch, scale, and succeed. Your work will directly influence product selection breadth, pricing competitiveness, and ultimately the satisfaction of millions of customers worldwide.

Key Responsibilities

Marketplace Development & Strategy

  • Conduct comprehensive market research to identify product gaps, emerging trends, and seasonal opportunities across multiple categories.
  • Develop and execute go‑to‑market (GTM) strategies that attract high‑value sellers to the arenaflex platform.
  • Monitor competitor activity, pricing dynamics, and promotional calendars to keep arenaflex’s marketplace offering ahead of the curve.

Seller Acquisition & Onboarding

  • Prospect, qualify, and recruit new sellers through virtual outreach, webinars, and targeted presentations.
  • Guide sellers through the onboarding process, ensuring they understand best practices for product listing, inventory management, and fulfillment.
  • Provide data‑driven insights that help sellers optimize pricing, improve conversion rates, and achieve revenue targets.

Performance Management & Optimization

  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales growth, order defect rate, and customer satisfaction scores for each seller.
  • Deliver regular performance reviews, actionable feedback, and strategic recommendations to drive continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams—including product, operations, and finance—to resolve seller issues quickly and efficiently.

Cross‑Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with internal stakeholders to influence product roadmap decisions based on seller feedback and market demand.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to design joint campaigns that boost visibility for new sellers and their products.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for sellers, fostering long‑term relationships built on trust and mutual success.

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of proven sales experience, preferably within e‑commerce, retail, FMCG, or technology sectors.
  • Demonstrated track record of exceeding revenue targets using consultative, solution‑oriented selling techniques.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data sets, draw insights, and make data‑driven recommendations.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the broader Microsoft Office suite; familiarity with CRM or marketplace management tools is a plus.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish.
