Position Overview
The Expedited Resolutions Team Associate is a critical frontline role at arenaflex, serving as the primary point of contact for high-level customer inquiries across phone, chat, and email channels. You will engage directly with VIP customers and sellers, addressing their most pressing concerns with empathy, confidence, and a deep commitment to resolution. Use sound judgment and creative thinking to resolve problems on the first contact whenever possible.
- Documenting Interactions with Precision: Update internal order notes accurately and comprehensively, ensuring that all relevant information is captured for future reference and that proper procedures are followed consistently during every customer and seller interaction.
- Mastering Company Knowledge: Maintain thorough and up-to-date knowledge of arenaflex's values, processes, policies, and platform features to ensure accurate exchange of information, appropriate handling of order replacements, refunds, credits, and other resolution pathways.

- Customer Service Experience: Prior work experience in customer service, ideally within a retail, e-commerce, hospitality, or service-related industry. Experience handling high-volume inquiries via phone, chat, and email is highly valued.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong computer skills, including the ability to maintain a typing speed of 50+ WPM and efficiently operate basic PC and web browser functionality. Comfort navigating multiple software platforms simultaneously is essential.

Work Schedule and Structure
At arenaflex, we believe in setting our team members up for success from the very beginning. The details of your schedule and work environment are as follows:
- Training Period: The first two weeks of employment are Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, dedicated to comprehensive paid training.
- Regular Schedule: Following training, your regular schedule will include days off on Thursday/Friday, Sunday/Monday, or Sunday/Wednesday, depending on team needs.
- Shift Hours: Regular shift hours are 3:30 PM to 12:00 AM (midnight), providing focused coverage during evening and weekend hours when customers need us most.
- Hybrid Work Model: This is a hybrid position, not fully remote. You will work three days in our brand-new, perk-filled office space and two days from the comfort of your home.
Compensation, Bonus, and Overtime Eligibility
arenaflex is committed to offering a competitive compensation package that recognizes the skills, dedication, and impact of every team member. For this role, you can expect:
- Base Salary: $40,000 annualized base salary, paid on a biweekly basis.
- Overtime Eligibility: Any hours worked over 40 per week are eligible for overtime pay in accordance with company policy and applicable labor laws.
- Bi-Annual Bonuses: Performance-driven bonus opportunities awarded twice per year, providing additional earning potential tied to individual and team achievements.
