Position Overview

arenaflex is hiring motivated, customer-focused individuals to join our team as Remote Customer Service Sales Agents. In this work-from-home role, you will engage with hundreds of customers each week through inbound and outbound voice interactions. Your mission will be to listen, understand, and resolve customer needs while identifying opportunities to introduce products, services, and upgrades that enhance the customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle a high volume of inbound customer calls with professionalism, empathy, and confidence.
  • Listen actively to customers to fully understand their questions, concerns, and goals.
  • Resolve customer issues on the first call whenever possible by applying effective problem-solving and call-handling techniques.
  • Utilize arenaflex systems, CRM platforms, and proprietary technology to manage customer accounts, update records, and process transactions.
  • Identify sales opportunities during support interactions and confidently recommend relevant products, services, or upgrades.
  • Clearly explain product features, benefits, pricing, and processes to position arenaflex offerings effectively.
  • Escalate complex or unresolved customer concerns to the appropriate managerial team with thorough documentation.
  • Maintain a positive, energetic, and solution-oriented attitude throughout every interaction.
  • Consistently meet or exceed performance metrics related to customer satisfaction, sales conversions, quality, and attendance.
  • Collaborate with team members and leaders to share best practices, troubleshoot challenges, and contribute to a supportive remote culture.
  • Stay current on product updates, promotional offers, and process changes through ongoing training and self-directed learning.

Essential Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to type accurately at 20+ words per minute.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
  • Working knowledge of Windows operating systems and common desktop applications.
  • Dependable internet connection and a quiet, professional home office environment.
  • Reliability and consistency in maintaining regular attendance and punctuality.
  • Demonstrated ability to evaluate, troubleshoot, and follow up on customer issues.

Conditions of Employment

  • Must be authorized to work in the country where the position is based.

Physical Requirements

This role operates in a professional remote office environment. While performing job duties, the employee will primarily sit or stand for extended periods while using a computer and telephone headset. A reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace are essential.
