[Remote] Account Manager

The Account Manager will maintain client relationships in the Government programs market, focusing on client retention and business development while working with international clients in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain mutually-favorable relationships with Tasknexa International clients (plan sponsors and producers) through superior account service
- Develop, maintain and retain consultative client relationships, effectively positioning our value-added products and member services in accordance with business development objectives
- Partner with customers on their employee benefit strategies with regard to health and wellness programs
- Balance strategic planning and tactical implementation
- Communicate and present information to audiences at all levels, both internally and externally
- Review, deliver and coordinate account renewal activities
- Meet both virtually and, at times, directly with customers (prospective clients, plan sponsors, and producers)
- Develop and maintain proficient understanding of the international employee benefit business environment
- Provide input to product development areas as appropriate to ensure competitive products and services
- Prepare required and special market specific reports within expected timeframes
Skills
- 2-5 years Healthcare industry experience
- Client Management experience
- Active Health & Life License or must obtain after hire
- Must be able to Travel up to 30% (Possible out of state travel)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
- Ability to work independently and with a team to deliver outcomes and drive results
- Bilingual
- 2-3 years Account Management experience
