[Remote] Salesforce Administrator

As a Salesforce Administrator, you will enhance the Salesforce platform, manage configurations, and support users while collaborating with team members to implement effective solutions.
Responsibilities
- Support the Salesforce team in implementing solutions
- Manage Salesforce configuration changes, including but not limited to flows, managing custom metadata types, custom permissions, and user management
- Assist in implementing and maintaining robust security and data access controls
- Manage integrated applications and third-party solutions with Salesforce
- Collaborate with team members to gather requirements and implement solutions
- Stay up to date with Salesforce releases and new features to recommend improvements
- Assist with tickets as needed
Skills
- 3+ years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Administrator/Declarative Builder
- Certified Salesforce Administrator
- Deep experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud processes
- Proven experience working within a Scrumban or Agile framework, participating in daily stand-ups, and managing work through a structured sprint backlog
- Experience creating and maintaining technical documentation that serves as a 'single source of truth' for the wider team
- Proactive in using AI tools to accelerate solution design, automate repetitive admin tasks, and improve overall delivery velocity
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with a focus on cross-departmental collaboration; thrives in a peer-review and shared-environment setting
- Additional certifications (Advanced Admin, App Builder) preferred
