[Remote] AI Systems Analyst
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Pacer Staffing is seeking a proactive, people-oriented AI Systems Analyst to join their AI enablement team. The role involves supporting, administering, and driving adoption of the AI platform across the organization, troubleshooting technical issues, and coordinating with IT teams to enhance platform capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support to end users, resolving access issues, troubleshooting errors, and answering day-to-day questions
- Coordinate with cybersecurity, cloud infrastructure, and IT support teams to resolve platform and integration issues
- Administer the AI platform, including user account provisioning/deprovisioning, license management, and monitoring usage
- Evaluate, test, and recommend new platform features and capabilities for adoption
- Enable and maintain connectors and integrations, including Microsoft 365 and custom connectors
- Conduct training and enablement sessions, such as lunch-and-learns, office hours, and one-on-one guidance for non-technical users
Skills
- 5+ years of experience in Application Support, IT Support, Help Desk, or Technical Support
- Experience providing Tier 1 and Tier 2 user support, ticket management, and troubleshooting
- Strong proficiency with AI tools and ability to demonstrate practical business use cases
- Experience with user account provisioning/deprovisioning, license management, and platform administration
- Ability to coordinate issue resolution across Cybersecurity, Cloud Infrastructure, and IT Support teams
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Experience supporting Microsoft 365 applications and integrations
