About the Role

As a Customer Service Representative on arenaflex's Business Development Team, you'll be the friendly voice and helpful guide that potential customers remember. Your primary mission will be to set qualified appointments, nurture client relationships, and collaborate with a high-energy team dedicated to delivering outstanding customer care. Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively set appointments with potential customers through outbound and inbound communication channels
  • Conduct timely and professional follow-ups with clients via phone, text, and chat to nurture leads and maintain strong relationships
