As a Client Outreach & Customer Support Specialist, you will be the voice of arenaflex, building trusted relationships with senior executives, transportation officials, and other key stakeholders. Your outreach will directly influence how agencies adopt our solutions, ultimately contributing to fewer road fatalities and a more informed public‑sector ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

  • Outbound Engagement: Initiate high‑impact calls, emails, and chat conversations with prospective and existing clients, focusing on senior decision‑makers such as CEOs, VPs, and department heads.
  • Executive Interaction: Schedule, prepare for, and conduct virtual meetings and webinars with high‑level executives, presenting arenaflex’s value proposition and addressing strategic questions.
  • Relationship Building: Cultivate long‑term partnerships by understanding client needs, providing tailored information, and following up consistently.
  • Appointment Setting: Secure qualified meetings for the sales and account management teams, ensuring a smooth hand‑off and clear next steps.
  • Conference & Webinar Participation: Represent arenaflex at industry‑specific online conferences, webinars, and virtual trade shows, actively engaging attendees and capturing leads.
  • Objection Handling: Navigate initial objections with empathy and data‑driven responses, turning skepticism into curiosity and interest.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Accurately log all outreach activities, conversation notes, and prospect details in HubSpot and Excel, maintaining data integrity for future analysis.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and engineering teams to stay current on product updates, feature releases, and industry trends.
  • Continuous Learning: Participate in internal training sessions, industry webinars, and self‑directed study to deepen expertise in road safety analytics and public‑sector procurement processes.

Essential Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in customer support, appointment scheduling, or a related client‑facing role.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and professionally in English, both verbally and in writing.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding outreach targets in a remote or hybrid environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with senior executives and technical stakeholders.
  • Experience using CRM platforms (HubSpot preferred) and proficiency with Microsoft Excel for data tracking.
  • Excellent phone etiquette, including active listening, concise messaging, and respectful tone.
  • Self‑motivated, adaptable learner who thrives in a fast‑paced, mission‑driven setting.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Background in promotions, marketing, telemarketing, or sales, especially within the public‑sector or transportation industry.
  • Familiarity with video analytics, traffic safety solutions, or related technology platforms.
  • Experience conducting webinars, virtual presentations, or public‑speaking engagements.
  • Knowledge of public‑sector procurement cycles, grant funding processes, or municipal budgeting.
  • Additional language proficiency beyond English, particularly Spanish, to support diverse client bases.
