Role Overview

Reporting directly to the Chief of FP&A, you will support both the Bookkeeping and Finance teams by delivering accurate financial data, conducting insightful analyses, and helping shape long‑term strategic plans. Key Responsibilities

• Global Bookkeeping Support: Provide comprehensive bookkeeping assistance for arenaflex’s worldwide operations, ensuring all transactions are recorded accurately in the ERP system.
• Monthly Financial Close: Lead and coordinate month‑end close activities, collaborating with cross‑functional partners to reconcile accounts, validate forecasts, and prepare variance analyses.
• Financial Reporting & Analysis: Produce monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, as well as ad‑hoc analyses that highlight trends, risks, and opportunities for senior leadership.
• Data Entry & Validation: Execute high‑volume data entry tasks with meticulous attention to detail, verifying data integrity and correcting discrepancies promptly.
• Strategic Forecasting: Assist in the development of long‑term financial plans, annual budgets, and rolling forecasts, contributing insights that align with arenaflex’s strategic objectives.

Essential Qualifications
