Qualifications
Education and Experience: Possession of a bachelor''s degree from an accredited college or university and experience equivalent to four years of full-time professional educational, instructional or supervisory/administrative work. Substitution of Graduate Education for Experience: Graduate coursework from an accredited college or university may be substituted for the required experience, on a year-for-year basis, to a maximum of two years. OR One year of experience as an Education Consultant 1 or School Nutrition Consultant with the State of Tennessee. Necessary Special Qualifications: Applicants for this class may be required to:
- Possess a valid driver''s license.

The Senior Coordinator of Early Childhood Quality and Supports is responsible for performing professional childcare program evaluation in regulation of certified school-administered childcare programs.
Responsibilities
The Senior Coordinator of Early Childhood Quality and Supports examines school-administered childcare programs for adherence with certification regulations, investigates complaints, provides targeted technical assistance and ensures children have access to high quality teaching and learning.
