Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Licensed Customer Service & Inside Sales Representative specializing in Property and Casualty insurance, you will serve as a trusted advisor and frontline partner for customers exploring their insurance options. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Active Listening and Needs Assessment: Engage with customers through inbound and outbound interactions, actively listening to their concerns, asking thoughtful questions, and accurately identifying their unique insurance needs.
• Plan Recommendation and Advisory: Provide clear, knowledgeable guidance on available plan options, coverage levels, and pricing structures to help customers make informed decisions that align with their personal or business circumstances.
• Enrollment and Policy Processing: Process new insurance applications, policy amendments, coverage changes, and renewals with a high degree of accuracy, attention to detail, and regulatory compliance.
• Delivering Authentic Customer Experiences: Create positive, memorable interactions by combining empathy, professionalism, and product expertise — consistently delivering expert service with warmth and a smile.

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, candidates must possess a combination of licensing, technical skills, and interpersonal qualities. The essential qualifications include:

• Active Resident Property and Casualty Insurance License: You must hold a current, active resident license to sell P&C insurance in your state of residence. This is a non-negotiable requirement for the position.
• U.S. Residency: Applicants must reside in the United States or have a valid U.S. address for residence. In accordance with federal regulations, only applicants legally authorized to work in the United States will be considered.
• Educational Background: A high school diploma or equivalent GED is required.
• Language Proficiency: Fluency in English is required. Bilingual candidates fluent in both Spanish and English are strongly encouraged to apply and may be eligible for a bilingual differential.
• Background and Drug Screen: Ability to successfully pass a background check and drug screening as part of the pre-employment process.
