Position Summary

The Remote Data Entry Associate at arenaflex plays a vital role in supporting daily operations within our Customer Communications Unit. Working remotely, you will manage a diverse portfolio of approximately 31 distinct transaction types spread across several specialized teams, including the Settlement Options Team, Money Out Team, Premium Team, Electronic Funds Transfer (EFTs) Team, and Renewal Statements Team. Your meticulous attention to detail, commitment to accuracy, and customer-first mindset will directly contribute to the seamless experience our clients and policyholders have come to expect from arenaflex and our enterprise partners.

Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Data Entry Associate, your daily activities will span a wide range of critical operational functions. Your core responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Transaction Management: Process and manage a variety of transaction types (totaling 31) within the Customer Communications Unit Queue and across multiple specialized teams including Settlement Options, Money Out, Premium Management, Electronic Funds Transfers (EFTs), and Renewal Statements.
  • Policy Administration Support: Handle tasks such as creating value quotes for prospective and existing clients, processing policy status letters, updating beneficiary information accurately, and managing settlement options for policyholders and beneficiaries.
  • Referral Review and Escalation: Review incoming referrals to ensure all data is complete, accurate, and in good order for processing. When necessary, conduct outreach to other departments to resolve escalated cases and ensure timely completion of requests.
  • Premium Management: Assist with the administration of premium-related tasks, including processing premium changes, suspending premiums when required, and managing tax withholding preferences in accordance with company policy and regulatory guidelines.
  • Platform Utilization: Leverage Salesforce as the primary platform for managing and processing transactions, ensuring all work items are properly pulled, documented, and updated within the system.
  • Customer Communication: Respond to internal and external inquiries with professionalism, patience, and a solutions-oriented approach, always representing arenaflex and our client partners in a positive light.
  • Process Adherence and Improvement: Follow established processes and procedures meticulously while proactively identifying opportunities for operational improvements that can enhance efficiency and accuracy.
