UI/UX Designer (Product & Marketing)
Vizio AI is an AI-First Digital Transformation Studio helping clients worldwide unlock growth through data analytics, business intelligence, automation, and AI-powered solutions. Our venture arm, Vizio Ventures, partners with founders to build and launch SaaS products from idea to scale. Together, we serve both mid-market clients and early-stage startups with data-driven innovation. Role Overview We are looking for a UI/UX Designer who can lead and execute design work across both client projects and internal marketing initiatives. This role combines hands-on product design with brand and marketing design leadership, ensuring visual and UX consistency across all digital touchpoints. You will work closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and the Marketing Team to design user-centered digital experiences for SaaS platforms, dashboards, and web/mobile apps, while also driving the creative direction of our studio’s visual identity.
Key Responsibilities
Product & UI/UX Design Design responsive web and mobile interfaces for SaaS products, dashboards, and client applications. Build interactive prototypes for critical user flows. Collaborate with PMs and engineers to translate product requirements into elegant, intuitive designs. Define and maintain design systems, UI kits, and reusable components. Conduct lightweight UX research and benchmarking when needed. Ensure design scalability, accessibility, and consistency across projects. Marketing & Brand Design Create and update marketing visuals, one-pagers, decks, and proposal templates. Maintain visual coherence across all brand assets (Vizio AI, DX Studio, Vizio Ventures). Update content, visuals, and layouts on Framer-based websites. Design visuals for campaigns and landing pages in collaboration with the marketing team. Produce simple AI-assisted motion videos or animations for web and social. Design Operations & Strategy Improve design processes through templates, style guides, and internal guidelines. Manage and organize Figma files across multiple projects. Contribute to elevating design standards across the studio and mentoring junior designers. Ideal Candidate Profile 4+ years of experience in UI/UX design for web and mobile (agency or SaaS experience preferred). Strong command of Figma, component libraries, and responsive design principles. Experience with Framer or similar website builders (Webflow, Editor X, etc.). Confident communicator in English (both written and spoken). Strong eye for aesthetics, hierarchy, and modern design systems. Ability to manage multiple design tracks simultaneously (client and internal). Bonus: Experience in AI tools for design, motion design, or visual storytelling.
