About the Role

As a Software Engineer, you will play a critical role in designing and building full stack applications and API integrations that move data from tort intake calls into law firm case management systems. You will work across backend services, data pipelines, and integrations to ensure intake data is validated, structured, and delivered reliably at scale. This role is ideal for an engineer who enjoys solving complex data movement problems and building systems that directly impact real-world outcomes. What You’ll Do Design, build, and maintain full stack applications that support tort intake workflows and downstream case management needs. Develop and maintain robust API integrations between intake platforms and law firm case management systems. Build and optimize data pipelines that transform and move structured and unstructured intake data from call systems into internal and external platforms. Implement data validation, normalization, and reconciliation processes to ensure accuracy and completeness across systems. Collaborate with product, analytics, and operations teams to automate manual processes and improve data reliability. Write clean, testable, and well-documented code following software engineering best practices. Support and improve system performance, scalability, and reliability as data volumes grow. What You’ll Bring 6–8 years of professional software development experience. Strong experience with Python, including building APIs, data processing services, and backend systems. Solid experience with SQL and working with relational databases to manage and query large datasets. Full stack development experience, with comfort working across backend services and modern web applications. Hands-on experience building and maintaining API integrations between internal systems and third-party platforms. Strong attention to detail and comfort working with high-volume, data-intensive workflows. Experience following software testing best practices and ensuring data and system integrity. Familiarity with cloud-native development environments and distributed systems is a plus.
