Pharmacy Operations & Data Management

  • Accurately enter prescription data into arenaflex’s pharmacy management system, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.
  • Assist with medication compounding, verification, and dispensing processes under the supervision of a licensed pharmacist.
  • Perform medication reconciliation, audit prescription fills, and maintain meticulous records of controlled substances.
  • Support inventory management by tracking stock levels, initiating reorders, and conducting virtual inventory audits.

Compliance, Safety & Quality Assurance

  • Uphold arenaflex’s standard operating procedures, corporate policies, and legal requirements for pharmacy practice.
  • Ensure proper handling of patient health information in accordance with HIPAA and other privacy regulations.
  • Collaborate with insurance providers and clinical partners to resolve prescription authorizations and billing issues.
  • Participate in continuous‑improvement initiatives, suggesting workflow enhancements that boost efficiency and patient satisfaction.

Team Collaboration & Leadership Support

  • Work closely with the remote pharmacy manager to schedule shifts, allocate tasks, and monitor performance metrics.

Essential Qualifications
