Internal Medical Translator - English to Japanese
We are seeking an Internal Medical Translator to join our team at IQVIA Language Solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for linguistically and culturally interpreting written material in English to Japanese, while maintaining or duplicating the structure and style of the original text. The role requires fluency in two or more languages, industry-specific terminology research skills, and a strong commitment to quality and accuracy.
Requirements
- Native speaker in Japanese and fluent in English
- Fluency in source language(s)
- At least 3 years of experience translating, reviewing, and editing life sciences content, including clinical trial documents
- A tertiary or university degree in translation or linguistics and at least 3 years of translation experience, or no university degree and at least 5 years of translation experience
- Experience with translation management systems and CAT tools
