We’re looking for a People Operations Generalist to be the engine behind our employee experience - from onboarding to offboarding, and everything in between. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in ambiguity, brings structure to scale, and genuinely cares about creating a workplace where people can do their best work.

What you'll do

1. Own and develop core people operations processes, including onboarding, offboarding, benefits, compliance, and employee lifecycle management

2. Help drive company-wide initiatives, including performance reviews, engagement surveys, and internal communications

3. Serve as the go-to resource for employees on HR-related questions and internal tools

4. Maintain and optimize our HR tech stack (e.g., HRIS, benefits platforms)

5. Serve as a strategic advisor to our leadership team, guiding compensation and long-term incentive design across all functions and geographies within the organization

6. Analyze people data to surface insights and inform strategic decisions around headcount, engagement, retention, and more

7. Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal labor laws—and stay ahead of changes that impact our business and people

We're looking for someone who has

1. 2-3+ years of hands-on experience across People Operations, HR, or a related role - ideally in a high-growth startup environment

2. Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and execute in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment

3. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, as well as the ability to influence across all levels

Nice to haves

1. Knowledge of HR compliance and regulations

2. Proficiency with HR tools and systems (e.g., Gusto, Deel, Notion, Carta, PAVE, etc.)
