Right now, we’re expanding our presence across America and are looking for a senior industry expert to support our Business Development efforts in the Freight Rail & Transportation market. This expansion presents a unique opportunity for you to grow both personally and professionally as you contribute to our Purpose.

As a senior Rail & Transportation operations expert, you will support the growth of our Freight Rail & Transportation goods practice the United States. You will tap into your extensive network of industry-leading clients to help them reduce risks and improve business continuity and asset productivity. You’ll save lives, drive performance and improve the working lives of all your clients’ employees.

Key responsibilities will include;

  • Develop new business within the market

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and key stakeholders

  • Discover opportunities to make our clients safer, more productive and more sustainable

  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities

  • Manage call campaigns with external parties

  • Collaborate with internal teams to create tailored solutions that meet client needs

  • Represent the firm at industry events, conferences, and networking functions

Ideally, you will hold a degree/master’s degree in engineering or a business-related field, coupled with 10 plus years’ experience in management consulting with previous exposure to operations consulting.

  • You will have demonstrated the ability to sell complex operations consulting services at C-level ideally within heavy industries.

  • You will have a proven track record of achieving business growth and revenue targets.

  • A strong network within the industry and the ability to leverage contacts to drive business.

  • You're a thought leader. Able to leverage your knowledge to identify themes, trends and challenges within the sector and guide clients and create talking points.
