When your application is reviewed, you will be contacted by one of our team members regarding the next steps. ______________________________ Campaign Overview: Engage with Medicare recipients interested in exploring available plans and benefits. Our Consultants will gather information and assess the caller's interest in Medicare plans, pre-qualify them to ensure they meet the essential criteria, and seamlessly transfer the interested and qualified individual to a licensed Medicare agent for further assistance. Hours of operation: Our Consultants work primarily Monday through Friday, with a variety of shift offerings available. At times, weekend shifts may be available to Consultants. Compensation: Starting compensation is $14.00 per hour. Consultants are paid on a weekly basis via direct deposit. ______________________________ Skills and Requirements:

  • Previous survey experience preferred.
  • Friendly and professional with a clear, concise speaking voice and proper use of the English language.
  • Excellent communication and call control to remain on the standardized script while offering quality customer service.
  • Distraction-free, secure, and quiet place to work.
  • Knowledge of Windows applications, email communication, and typing skills is essential.
  • Comfortable managing multiple applications simultaneously.
  • Pass a complete Felony and HIPAA background check. (This is at no cost to the applicant and does not include a credit check)

  • Newer Desktop PC or Laptop. (Sorry, Macs, Chromebooks, and tablets, and school computers are prohibited)
  • Windows 11
  • Minimum 6.0 GB of Available RAM
  • Minimum of 1 GB of Physical Available Memory
  • Dual ear USB headset with noise-canceling microphone
  • Working Webcam available for use.
  • Must be hardwired to your internet using an Ethernet cord.
  • Use of wireless, Satellite connections, or VPNs is prohibited.
  • Minimum 50 Mbps download, 35 Mbps upload, and a ping of 10 or less with 99% connectivity to the internet provider.
  • Laptop users must have and use an external keyboard and mouse.
