Health IT Business Analyst (100% Remote)

Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking an experienced Health IT Business Analyst to join a 5-year federal program supporting a Government agency. As a key member of our team, you will work 100% remotely and play a crucial role in gathering, analyzing, prioritizing, translating, and managing technical requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a liaison between software development teams and internal/external stakeholders throughout various IT projects
• Gather and analyze technical requirements to drive project success
• Provide support for the agency's SharePoint site and manage critical data within SharePoint
• Analyze and develop reports on technical requirements, process flow charts, and project metrics
• Assist with business process engineering enhancements to improve efficiency and effectiveness

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience as a business analyst, requirements analyst, technical analyst, IT consultant, or related role supporting a Government agency
• Expertise in gathering, analyzing, and managing requirements for IT projects
• Experience managing a SharePoint site and utilizing tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Adobe Connect, WebEx, GoToMeeting, and CRM platforms like Salesforce
