About the Role

• Provide exceptional customer service on inbound calls, resolving issues and addressing client needs in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

• Develop and refine your sales skills, including building rapport, understanding client needs, and closing deals
• Address client inquiries, provide clear and concise information, and update client account data as needed

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred; high school diploma or equivalent required
• 2+ years of experience in customer support and consultative sales, with a proven track record of building client loyalty and driving results
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to adapt to diverse client personalities and situations
• Technical proficiency, with the ability to navigate computer systems and applications with speed and accuracy
