Project Manager

Location: Buenos Aires, Remote

Hours: 8am - 5pm Central Standard Time (CST) - flexible for the right candidate, Monday-Friday

Status: Full Time Contractor, 3 Month Contract

Salary: $18,000 to $24,000 USD/Year DOE

Requirements

Interlaced is looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead technical project delivery by coordinating internal and external resources, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned to client expectations. Experience in project management within the Tech and IT fields is preferred. 

In this role, you will own and lead multiple client projects from initiation through closeout, ensuring proactive communication, labor forecasting, budget management, and documentation in accordance with company standards.

You must have the ability to:

• Lead project handoff and kickoff meetings.
• Generate weekly project labor forecasts and report to Leadership Team.
• Regularly evaluate open projects for time, budget, and quality.
• Proactively prevent budget overrun.
• Follow Project Delivery SOP for project billing.
• Own client onboarding coordination with CSMs, Leads, and Engineers.
• Manage client sign-offs on project deliverables at project wrap.
• Input project data and maintain accuracy and quality in systems.
• Own Mailchimp management (copy, campaigns, contacts).
• Continuously meet or exceed departmental KPIs and stretch pNPS goals.

For this role we’re looking for a candidate with 3-5 years of experience in a Project Management role who can hit the ground running. This will be a 3-month contract position with a salary range of $18,000-$24,000 Annual USD, depending on experience and qualifications. This position is from the hours of 8am-5pm Central Time (UTC -5 / -6), Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
