Customer Success Manager - Pro Sports & Entertainment (Remote)

As a Customer Success Manager at Attentive, you will:

  • Cement relationships with new and existing customers, including onboarding, integration, account growth, new product adoption, and renewals
  • Develop and refine our customer success playbooks for the Pro Sports + Entertainment vertical
  • Provide strategic guidance and support to customers, advocating for their needs and driving business outcomes
  • Analyze customer usage to inform forecasts, identify risks, and develop resolution strategies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate customer feedback into product requirements and drive business growth

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 2-4 years of account management experience, ideally in a marketing or software company
  • Direct experience working with customers in the Pro Sports + Entertainment space
  • A startup mindset, with a willingness to experiment, adapt, and innovate
  • Strong understanding of customer success techniques and strategies
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Comfort with learning new software and navigating complex work processes

In return, you'll receive a competitive salary range of $76,000 - $100,000 annually, plus bonus, commission, equity, and benefits.
