Job Description

• Providing exceptional customer service to our passengers
• Coordinating with other teams to facilitate on-time departures and quick turnarounds
• Working in a fast-paced airport environment, including the operation office, gate area, jetways, and air freight facilities
• Handling station communications, coordinating loading and unloading of aircraft, and preparing dispatch release forms

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should:

• Be able to work well under pressure and as part of a team
• Have excellent communication and customer service skills
• Be able to read and follow instructions, and learn and understand ramp operations procedures
• Be able to type and use a computer keyboard with sufficient speed
• Be able to lift and move items of 70 pounds or more
