Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and manage audit engagements in accordance with firm and professional standards
• Prepare and review financial statements and audit reports
• Supervise and coach junior members of the audit team
• Identify and communicate accounting and auditing matters to senior management
• Build relationships with clients and identify opportunities for additional services
• Maintain a strong client focus and develop productive working relationships with client personnel
• Stay informed of current business and economic developments relevant to clients' businesses
• Collaborate with other team members to plan engagements and develop work programs

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field
• CPA certification required, with 4+ years of experience
