Hours: 10:00am - 7:00pm PST or CST (flexible location, set schedule)

Duration: 1 year

Pay Rate Range: $21.67/hr. - $23.07/hr.

Job Summary

We're looking for a talented Loan Closer to provide escrow services for residential and commercial resale, new construction, and refinance transactions. As a key member of our team, you will facilitate real estate transactions, deliver high-level customer service, and maintain proactive communication with internal and external customers throughout the closing process.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the entire real estate closing process, ensuring compliance with real estate contracts, lender instructions, title requirements, company requirements, and other written instructions
• Understand the integration of your team with related teams to accomplish objectives and drive success
• Impact the quality, timeliness, and effectiveness of the team through your work and contributions
• Recognize and solve atypical problems that occur infrequently, using your expertise and judgment to resolve issues
• Evaluate and select solutions from existing precedents or procedures, communicating complex information to internal and external stakeholders
• Work under limited supervision, using discretion to modify work practices and processes to achieve results or improve efficiency
• Act as a resource for less experienced team members, sharing your knowledge and expertise to support their growth and development
• Perform all other duties as assigned by management, demonstrating your flexibility and commitment to the team's success
