Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure timely delivery of products and services to internal departments
- Supervise daily store operations and maintain accurate stock records
- Arrange receiving of materials, ensure quality of received goods, and liaise with departmental heads for returns or replacements
- Communicate effectively with superiors, peers, and subordinates
- Generate GRN on receiving goods and coordinate with the purchase department for all goods purchases
Requirements:
- Diploma in Material Management with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a relevant field
- Knowledge of legislative processes and occupational safety and health
- Experience in a stores environment and ability to work in a fast-paced setting
