We're seeking a highly skilled Senior SaaS Reporting & Analytics Analyst to join our Financial Data Analytics team. As a key player, you'll develop and manage comprehensive reporting solutions, providing valuable insights into our recurring revenue streams and industry-standard subscription metrics. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive strategic decision-making and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead content preparation and presentation for enterprise monthly and quarterly business review processes
• Design, develop, and maintain robust reporting solutions using advanced analytical tools and techniques
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and understand business needs
• Create and automate reports and dashboards to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and subscription metrics
• Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement
• Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to support strategic initiatives

Qualifications:

• Ability to communicate complex data insights clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Demonstrated capabilities in preparing content in PowerPoint and Excel
• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a reporting or data analysis role, preferably within a SaaS or technology environment
• Proficiency in SQL and experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker
