Requirements

  • Fluency in Portuguese and proficient English communication skills, both written and spoken, are essential.
  • Experience in customer service, particularly in the education or EdTech sector, is highly desirable.
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent communication skills that allow for effective interaction with diverse users.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced remote work environment.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities for maintaining accurate records and documentation.
