Knowledge Enablement Manager
Jobber is looking for a Knowledge Enablement Manager to support their Sales organization. The successful candidate will design and own the systems that make knowledge content useful, searchable, and scalable, and will ensure mission-critical context is accessible, manage the information architecture for their sales knowledge ecosystem, drive adoption, and govern content standards.
Requirements
- Demonstrated years of experience in knowledge management, enablement operations, or content strategy
- Experience building and governing knowledge systems (Guru, Notion, Confluence, etc.)
- Fluency in information architecture, taxonomy design, and content lifecycle workflows
- Comfort collaborating with cross-functional teams including technical and go-to-market functions
- Bonus: Experience integrating knowledge with AI platforms, copilots, or enterprise search tools
