- Design thoughtful, customer-centric product experiences that solve real-world challenges and drive measurable results.
- Collaborate with researchers, product managers, engineers, and marketers to define strategy and shape the product roadmap.
- Apply qualitative and quantitative research to inform design decisions and validate solutions.
- Own projects from discovery to delivery, managing prototyping, user testing, and launch iterations.
- Create and refine both low-fidelity wireframes and high-fidelity UI, balancing polish with speed.
- Use experimentation and feedback loops to continually improve and evolve the product.
- 8+ years of experience in product design with a strong portfolio demonstrating impactful, user-centered work.
- Exceptional skills in UX, interaction design, and visual execution, paired with a sharp product intuition.
- Strong understanding of how to design for measurable business growth and sustainable user engagement.
- Proficiency in iterative design processes and agile product development.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional collaboration and influence product direction.
- Experience using research, analytics, and experimentation to drive design strategy and priorities.
- Competitive salary based on location:
- $183,000 – $236,800 in SF Bay Area, NYC, Seattle metros
- $164,700 – $213,200 in Austin, DC, and select states
- $155,600 – $201,300 in all other U.S. locations
