Partner Marketing Lead

Work from home Full-time role Hiring

About Mollie

At Mollie we’re on a mission to make payments and money management effortless for every business in Europe. We started 20 years ago when we launched a more direct, affordable way for companies to get paid. That provided an alternative to the frustrating, overpriced solutions that banks offered at the time.

Today, we serve more than 250,000 businesses across Europe with an all-in-one solution that simplifies payments and money management. And we’re a 850-strong team of product, finance, support, commerce, and engineering specialists working across Europe – from Lisbon to London.

The Role

As Partner Marketing Lead, you’ll be responsible for driving the co-marketing strategy and execution with Mollie’s strategic partners across Europe. You’ll lead a small, high-performing team of two Partner Marketing Managers and work closely with our Partnerships, Product, and Brand teams to build joint value propositions, generate demand, and amplify our presence in the ecosystem. You'll be instrumental in developing a brand new Partner program so consequently we're looking for a strategic mastermind who's comfortable rolling up their sleeves.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Develop and own the partner marketing strategy — aligned with overall business and partnerships objectives.

  • Lead and inspire a team of 2 Partner Marketing Managers, providing clear direction, coaching, and development opportunities.

  • Collaborate closely with Partnerships to prioritise partners, identify opportunities, and build impactful co-marketing plans.

  • Develop and execute the Mollie Partner Summit into a recurring event format across our key markets - turning it into a scalable, annual initiative

  • Design and execute integrated campaigns with partners — including joint events, webinars, case studies, landing pages, and social activations.

  • Drive partner enablement through marketing toolkits, co-branded assets, and joint messaging frameworks.

  • Measure and optimise performance of all partner marketing activities, ensuring we track ROI and business impact.

  • Be the internal voice of partner marketing, advocating for partner opportunities across the organisation.

About You

  • 6+ years experience in B2B marketing, with at least 2 years focused on partner or channel marketing.

  • Proven track record of building and executing co-marketing campaigns with technology or platform partners.

  • Strong leadership skills — you’ve led a team before or are ready to take that step.

  • Excellent project management and communication skills; you thrive in cross-functional environments.

  • Analytical mindset — you’re comfortable with data and performance metrics.

  • A hands-on builder with a bias for action. You know when to zoom in and when to zoom out.

  • Experience in fintech, SaaS, or e-commerce is a plus.

  • Fluent in English; other European languages are a bonus.

What We Offer

  • A key role in a high-growth scale-up with massive impact potential.

  • Competitive salary and equity package.

  • A collaborative, down-to-earth culture.

  • Access to training, tools, and opportunities to grow your career.

  • Great office in the heart of Amsterdam and flexible hybrid setup.

Ready to Make an Impact?

If you're passionate about building strategic relationships, love working at the intersection of marketing and partnerships, and want to help shape the future of payments — we’d love to hear from you.
