Senior Counsel
We are looking for a seasoned
Senior Counsel to join Hivemind Capital’s growing Legal Team. This is a high-impact role focused on leading legal matters related to fund structuring and formation across both traditional and digital asset strategies. You’ll play a critical part in launching innovative investment vehicles, supporting strategic business initiatives, and shaping the legal architecture of our asset management business.You should be confident in leading complex legal structures, drafting core fund documents, and managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders. You should seek an environment that is dynamic and a role that is hands-on. You should be excited about working with an ambitious team that shares a passion for digital assets and other emerging technologies.

A qualified candidate can expect a base salary of $170,000–205,000. Offers are determined by a number of factors including (but not limited to) the applicant's experience, skills, certifications, as well as internal equity among our team.
