Lead UiPath RPA Lead and Hands on Developer

Makpar has an exciting opportunity for a Lead UiPath RPA Lead and Hands on Developer.

Role Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and implement RPA solutions using UiPath.
  • Develop and maintain RPA hots to automate repetitive and time-consuming tasks.
  • Mentor and support junior developers and peers at offshore
  • Implement best practices for data governance, scalability, and security.
  • Collaborate with development teams to ensure successful deployment and operation of data services.
  • Provide thought leadership and technical guidance to ensure high-quality architecture and efficient data solutions.

    • Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Overall 8+ years of IT experience & 3+ years in RPA development using UiPath
  • Strong knowledge of architecting, designing, developing, arid deploying automation solutions using Ui Path software
  • Good in analyzing business processes, identifying automation opportunities, creating workflows, developing and configuring BOTs using Ui Path
  • Demonstrated ability in the entire service development lifecycle: design, implementation, deployment, and live site support.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and optimize existing systems.

    • Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with UiPath is a must.
  • Strong analytical, quantitative, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain complex technical concepts to stakeholders.
  • Provide thought leadership and technical guidance to ensure high-quality architecture and efficient data solutions.
