We have expertise in iGaming operations (sports betting, online casino), digital and affiliate marketing, tech solutions, and data analytics. We are looking for a Growth Product Manager to join our team.
Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities

Identifying growth points and new opportunities for product development

Working on tasks derived from the company's strategic goals

Analyzing the competitive landscape and current industry trends (betting, gambling, retention mechanics, UX)

Initiating, launching, and supporting A/B tests, along with analyzing the results

Implementing new features, user flows, or mechanics with the potential to enhance product performance
Skills and Experience Needed

2+ years of experience

Product mindset — the ability to see the product as a living system and make decisions based on user needs and business objectives

Strong analytical skills — confident working with data, identifying patterns, and uncovering non-obvious insights

Industry knowledge — understanding the specifics of gambling/betting products, typical user scenarios, and behavioral patterns

Experience in competitor and market research — analysis of features, UX, and retention strategies
