In this role, you will be the frontline support for patients, families, and healthcare professionals seeking assistance and information about our hospice services. Using a live chat platform, you will provide timely responses to inquiries, address concerns, and deliver... empathetic support to those navigating sensitive end-of-life issues. Your ability to communicate effectively and empathetically is crucial, ensuring that every interaction reflects our commitment to caring for those in need.
