Assist in processing orders, returns, quality and service claims, including data entry and shipping label creation. Work collaboratively with sales and marketing teams to support sample orders and other customer-related initiatives. Rate: $35 per hour. Requirements: Access to a reliable device (Phone/Tablet/Laptop) with internet connectivity. Ability to work independently, with a keen eye for detail and strong follow-through on tasks. Willingness to participate in provided training sessions, no prior experience necessary. Availability for at least 5 hours per week, with the flexibility to work up to 40 hours.
