Our Travel Reservation Agents assist Costco Members with their dream vacations. We are currently hiring new employees to join our agent training class. Costco Travel offers:  Hybrid work from home  Stability  Great pay  Great benefits  Career growth  Friendly and supportive work environment Position Summary: Costco Travel is seeking individuals to join the reservation staff to assist Costco members in the planning of their vacation travel, with a focus on first-call resolution in a fast-paced call center environment. Join the team and share knowledge and skills as an active team member in the continuing growth of Costco Travel. Job Duties/Essential Functions:  Handles member calls in a friendly and efficient manner.  Uses airline and in-house computer systems to make member reservations.  Confirms reservations accurately.  Communicates members needs to other support departments.  Regular and reliable workplace attendance at your assigned location. Ability to operate vehicles, equipment or machinery:  Computer, phone (headset), printer, copier Non-Essential Functions:  Assists in other areas of the department as necessary.  Assists in other areas of the company as necessary. Ability to operate vehicles, equipment or machinery:  Same as Essential Functions Experience, Skills, Education & Licenses/Certifications: Required::  Effective listening and communication skills.  Excellent customer service skills.  Typing speed minimum of 30 words per minute.  Detail-oriented approach to work. Recommended: :  Sales experience (preferably phone sales).  Travel industry experience.  Call center experience.  Able to thrive in a fast-paced, growing work environment.  Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Internet Explorer.  Scheduling flexibility to meet the needs of the business including nights, weekends, and holidays.  High school diploma or GED.
