Utilize available resources and training to stay informed about FedEx services, policies, and procedures. Meet or exceed individual and team performance goals related to customer satisfaction. Adhere to established guidelines and procedures while demonstrating adaptability in a dynamic remote work environment. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred. Proven customer service experience, preferably in a remote or call center environment. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficient computer skills and ability to navigate multiple software applications. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a remote team.
