A well-known and highly respected global manufacturing firm is seeking an Executive-level Lean Transformation Leader to join their team. As part of the team, you will be responsible for partnering with and mentoring key organizational leaders in the implementation of Lean principles for the purpose of transforming businesses and altering financial performance outcomes for the better. This role... has Enterprise-wide influence and will initially focus on the improvement of cash flow across all businesses. Working closely with Divisional Executive Leadership, you will develop and implement strategies, drawing on your vast experience, that will right-size inventory, optimize procure-to-pay and order-to-cash processes, and other working capital improvement levers. Key Areas of Responsibility:  Dramatically improve working capital or free cash flow across an enormous global enterprise  Develop sustainable processes that deliver increased revenue, profit, and free cash across a wide range of businesses  Lead a cultural shift that embraces on root cause analysis, problem solving, continuous improvement, and customer-focused results If you have the following experience, we want to connect with you!  Extensive knowledge in Lean with demonstrated success in practical application thereof  15+ years of experience manufacturing with time spent at the Senior or Executive levels in Operations, Supply Chain, or Finance roles  Demonstrated ability to lead large organizational transformation Our client offers a competitive compensation package and a best-in-class long term incentive program.
