About the Opportunity: As a solo listing agent with Compass, I am seeking a dedicated buyer's agent that is actively working with buyers to join my team. You'll have the chance to work with buyers benefiting from my referrals and leads generated through open houses and other sources. Geographically I operate in the Eastern Queens and Western Nassau areas. Compensation Structure: • Self-Generated Business: Keep 80% of the commission, plus a small resource fee. • Referred Business: Competitive split for referrals, ensuring you benefit from my established network.
