We're seeking a Dispo intern for real estate with good skills in social media networking and searching, to market deals and find potential buyers for properties we got under contract. Duties • Conduct comprehensive market research to analyze trends, property values, and investment opportunities. • Prepare detailed reports and presentations summarizing findings and recommendations for stakeholders. • Collaborate with property management teams to assess operational performance and identify areas for improvement. • Ensure compliance with real estate laws, Fair Housing regulations, and other relevant guidelines. • Maintain organized records of all analyses, reports, and correspondence related to real estate transactions.
