Full Circle Lawn Care is on the lookout for a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Specialist to enhance our customer experience. In this role, you will be the frontline representative for our company, assisting customers with their inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction with our services. Your ability to communicate effectively and empathetically will be key to building strong relationships with our clients. Responsibilities  Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.  Assist clients with scheduling services and provide information about our offerings.  Resolve customer complaints effectively and escalate issues when necessary.  Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.  Provide feedback to management regarding customer... concerns and suggestions for improvement.  Continuously contribute to the development of best practices for customer service.  Participate in ongoing training and team meetings to enhance service skills.
