Our team of service advisors are expected to provide our customers with clear expectations of services needed and up to date costs and timing of repairs, translate these recommendations and requests into detailed work orders for our technicians, and function as the liaison between service technician and customer. Nauset Marine’s Service Advisors are also responsible for preparing and finalizing the completed jobs into easy-to-comprehend customer invoices and capturing payment for them.This is a Monday – Friday full-time/year-round position, which will require working Saturday and overtime during the peak seasons.
