Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and selecting top talent to meet the organization's staffing needs. This role requires a proactive approach to recruiting, utilizing various methods to identify potential candidates and ensuring a smooth hiring process. The Recruiter will collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct cold calling to identify and engage potential candidates.
  • Utilize social media management tools to promote job openings and attract talent.
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their specific recruitment needs and succession planning strategies.
  • Utilize applicant tracking systems such as iCIMS for efficient candidate management.
  • Engage in executive recruiting for high-level positions within the organization.
  • Build strong relationships with candidates and maintain open lines of communication throughout the hiring process.
  • Support employee relations by providing insights on candidate fit and organizational culture.
  • Leverage tools like Salesforce and ADP for tracking recruitment metrics and managing candidate information.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in recruiting, preferably in a corporate or agency setting.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with candidates at all levels.
  • Familiarity with succession planning processes is highly desirable.
  • Experience in executive recruiting is a plus.
  • Proficient in using social media platforms for recruitment purposes.
  • Knowledge of applicant tracking systems such as iCIMS is preferred.
  • Experience with Salesforce or ADP is an advantage but not mandatory.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
