As a Financial Advisor at Capstone Partners Financial, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive financial planning and guidance to clients with the support, training and mentorship from Senior Financial Professionals and our internal staff and resources here at Capstone Partners. You will work closely with clients to understand their financial goals and develop tailored strategies to help them achieve financial success. While the role is primarily located in our Las Vegas, NV, there is flexibility for some remote work.Join our team of independent financial professionals dedicated to helping people achieve their financial aspirations. The ideal candidate will deliver personalized financial planning solutions to help clients work toward their short term and long-term financial goals. They should be comfortable creating financial plans and cross-checking work to ensure complete accuracy of information. Your role will involve analyzing financial information, developing personalized strategies, and assisting clients in achieving their financial goals.Responsibilities

• Provide financial planning support to clients
• Support investment and risk professionals to cultivate client relationships
• Prepare financial plans and deliver
• Build a clientele with our internal resources and support of Sr. Advisors/Marketing/Networking

Qualifications

• Financial Planning and Retirement Planning skills
• Experience in Investments and Finance
• Wealth Management Services expertise
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Team-oriented, driven, and self-disciplined
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships, outreach client acquisition
• Knowledge of financial regulations and industry trends
• Certifications such as Series 7, Series 6, 63, 65, 66, SIE, Life, Accident, CFP, CFA, or CPA are a plus
• Bachelor's degree or higher
