- Extensive experience in software development and security architecture
- Proven leadership skills in managing and mentoring technical teams
- Expertise in cloud security (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Proficiency in secure coding practices across various languages (Java, Python, C, C++, JavaScript, etc.)
- Strong understanding of cloud security models, zero trust principles, and identity management
- Security certifications (GIAC, Offensive Security, etc.)
- Familiarity with modern security tools (CSPM, CWPP, CASB, CIEM, CNAPP)
- Experience in offensive security techniques
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to present to senior leadership
