You'll begin by hosting clients 1:1 for consultative meetings and design appointment/sales meeting to understanding their creative visions, and assist them in selecting the best customizations, add ons and layouts for their albums. Expect to spend time showcasing our products, answering queries, and providing personalized recommendations.Expect to manage your schedule flexibly, committing to a Minimum of 5 evenings per week, allowing for a blend of creative work and client interactions. This role offers an exciting environment where problem-solving and customer-centricity drive daily tasks, ensuring every client leaves with a memorable experience.Knowledge and skills required for the position are:
- Strong communicator
- confident on video
- Sales or customer service experience (preferred)
- Available evenings/weekends during peak times
- Organized and tech-savvy
- Creative/design/photography background preferred.
